Our Man in Sicily is distilled using Sicilian Lemons, Rosemary and Thyme creating a smooth drink neat over ice, or a refreshing long gin and tonic. Inspired by a traditional Sicilian garden. This is a light gin, brilliant as a summer drink, or drank neat any time of the year. As it pushes more towards lemon cake, rather than a sharp citrus, this is a great palate to try new garnsihes with. It works well with any citrus fruits to add the zest layer on the robust lemon backdrop. Or push the herbal notes using a sprig of rosemary. Mixed with our Vodka it is great as a Vespa cocktail.
