Dragon Tears are the buds that flower on a Jasmine plant. We distil these seperately and then blend them with a delicately spiced gin base distilled specifically to balance the sweet flowers. A collaboration gin with an independent brewery in Manchester - BlackJack Brewery. Blackjack brew a beer using the same ingredients and inspired us to collaborate and design a gin to the same concepts.
