Hubertus Vallendar is committed to the juniper berry for a long time now. As a kid Hubertus witnessed his father experimenting with this elegant fruit. He always is reminded on the green end of the carrot that chefs tend to cut off and separate. The world class gin is kept very puristic and therefore simply called “Pure Gin”. Combined with pure soft water sourced from the Noorder Source in East Frisia, the gin shows great elegance and filigree. Hints of citrus whiffs round up the experience.
