Gin description

The distillation of Wa Bi Japanese Gin uses traditional techniques from Kagoshima. There are nine botanicals from diverse natural environments. These are harvested in various parts of Kagoshima, including kumquat and Saigon cinnamon leaf, which can be found near the distillery. The juniper berries are distilled and blended using the distillery's own manufacturing method.
