Inspired by Tom's Mother Adele WE infuse fresh elderflower harvested from our farms in Harrington, Northamptonshire and Rhuallt, North Wales with our award winning Harrington Dry Gin. Once the gin is infused we add the spring water and a little sugar, et voila, the perfect summer tipple! WE feel that the 2014 batch is even better than last year. Combining the complex flavours of the Harrington Dry Gin with the sweet bouquet of elderflower makes this wonderful creation a perfect accompaniment for those long lazy summer days. A slightly sweet gin on the front of the palate, a little less complex than the Harrington Dry Gin, gives way to a lovely subtle elderflower finish.
