Gin description

The sloe Gin, well known to our English neighbours, has nothing to envy to the more traditional Gin's. This liqueur resulting from a maceration of sloes in Gin de Waterloo gives birth to a whole new experience for gin aficionados. More feminine and softer, it is no less characterless. The sweetness and sugar of the sloes soften the body of the gin to give it aromas of forest fruits, while the Gin itself brings a bitterness and a drier note in order to obtain a perfectly balanced liquor for both the palate and for the nose.
