With all the taste of Gin but the maturity of Bourbon, our Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin spends 6 full months in a single full-sized barrel from Heaven Hills Distillery in Kentucky. This gin is smokey and complex with hints of cedar, bright citrus, and the smooth, sweet notes of a fine bourbon. This is one to sit and savour. Although superb on its own, our Bourbon Barreled Gin adds depth to traditional gin cocktails that dark spirit drinkers often find missing. Amazing in a Negroni or Last Word, it also brings pleasant spicy notes to an Old Fashioned. Only 500 bottles in this Single Barrel Release.
