Gin description

Winestillery is both a distillery and a vineyard. It is in fact the first and only independent distillery in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. In a "grape to glass" approach, the distillery seeks to reinterpret the terroir of Tuscany by exclusively highlighting local botanicals. This Old Tom Gin is produced without any added sugar, but through the use of naturally sweet botanicals. A unique product of its kind!
