York Gin Outlaw is inspired by our city’s villains, notably, Gunpowder Plotter, Guy Fawkes, highwayman Dick Turpin and ‘Yorkshire Witch’, Mary Bateman. Warm nose, hints of floral and lemon top notes. Dry palate, strongly juniper-led, balanced by floral notes and warm cardamom. An earthy dryness of angelica in the finish, balanced with peppery tones.
