Gin description

Kyoya Distillery is famous for producing Japanese Shochu, a distilled liquor made from sweet potatos. This Shochu based gin combines the traditional gin spice Juniper Berry with Japanese fruits and spices. Yuzu Gin is made from Kameshizuku sweet potato shochu, Yuzu and Hyuganatsu citrus fruits, Sansho Japanese pepper and Juniper Berry.
