Here’s our very limited and first Christmas Tonic. We’ve taken inspiration from the original Livingstone Raffles Rouser and from the more recent cocktail menu at The Gibson, London. The result is a Rhubarb Pie Crust Tonic that delivers an extraordinary tonic experience. Don’t forget, when creating the perfect Christmas G&T, our recommendation is that the baked rhubarb tonic is paired with a juniper-heavy, navy strength gin and garnished with either candied rhubarb and lemon and grapefruit peel.
