Phi is a signature tonic water crafted in Spain. It has been designed by Santamania's Master Distillers as a mixer for the finest spirits. Its name comes from a mathematical concept that has transcended scientific papers to become the most famous number in mathematics. For many, it is simply a number followed by an infinite sequence of decimals; but for us, this number is fascinating: the divine proportion. Phi is handcrafted using medicinal carbonated mineral water, a touch of quinine, and the natural aromas of orange, lemon and lime. It comes in 20cl bottles, and has fine bubbles, a mildly bitter flavour and no added sugars, making it the perfect partner for fine spirits.
