Gin description

Our Winter Gin was designed with the season in mind. There are warming notes of cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, alongside fresher orange and fir flavours. We think this evokes the aromas of Winter and brings a festive feel to the palate. We wanted this gin to remind you of cosy evenings, tucked away by a fire, hiding from the weather with a warming glass in hand. Our spices warm the palate and are lifted by the notes of sloe berries, orange and fir. Subtle spices are noticed on the nose, with a slightly resinous note from the fir. Headier spiced notes follow on, and are matched with bolder orange and nutmeg flavours. Overall the spices linger on the tongue, warming you through.
