The Gin 1898 comes from an original recipe of a London Dry Gin with more than 100 years of travel and that was José Germà, the grandfather of the current owner of the distillery, who brought it from London. 1898 is a gin type Dry Gin. The elaboration process consists of a distillation process with each botanist separately, which gives us a transparent and crystalline gin.
