Gin description

Giants Basalt Rock Gin skillfully combines traditional, dry character with a pleasing gentle nod to the Irish coast. At 50.1% ABV the volume of flavour held is notable, especially the abundant earthy juniper. The alcohol is impressively integrated with the botanicals, in particular through smooth buckwheat, warming ginger and zingy sea buckthorn. The combination of the sea buckthorn with the seaweed delivers an almost minty green freshness to the finish to contrast the spice and further the flavour journey.
