Gin description

When we were approached by the team behind the ClemenGold mandarin to use the sweet and sun-ripened essence of ClemenGold to design a “Cape Dry” style gin with subtle hints of ClemenGold citrus, we leapt at the chance. Nine botanicals – with sundried ClemenGold peels taking the flavour lead – are used including cinnamon, honey, ground almond and of course juniper berries.
