Blue Gold Gin draws its inspiration from the gold prospectors who once explored the glacial rivers of Arrowtown in search of that rare nugget. Its name refers to Blue Gold, one of the rarest forms of gold a deliberate parallel with this gin’s unique character. Produced using small-batch distillation, this botanical gin boasts a bold and expressive profile. Its composition combines the freshness of lemongrass and kaffir lime with the spicy liveliness of Sichuan pepper, whilst butterfly pea flower adds an original finishing touch.
