JC Swiss Dry Gin is an excellent Swiss Gin, made with grain alcohol. The spices are macerated in alcohol for 20 hours, then distilled with the "Stillpot" triple distillation process. The most important classic component is: Tuscan Juniper Coriander seeds from the canton of Friborg Angelica roots This Gin is spiced with pepper and Tonka beans, which gives it its typical character. The triple distillation makes it possible to obtain a London Dry Gin, which can also be defined as Dry Gin or Swiss Dry Gin.
