Gin description
Batch 1840 is a fully London dry distilled gin in which all alcohol is passed through the herbs via vapor infusion, the vapors. No fewer than 13 herbs are used as botanicals, including of course juniper, coriander, cardamom and angelica root, but also iris root, bitter orange zest and lemon, together with verbena, provide a clear citrus character. In addition, the use of sage, licorice and cassia provides depth, warmth and a soft long finish.
