The 20457 Hafencity Gin is manufactured in a small manufactory in the north of Germany with a copper 200 liter fuel bladder from Arnold Holstein. Before the distillation, the botanicals are macerated for several days to extract the essential oils. We leave a lot of time for the natural flavors to unfold and stay intact. The gin is distilled slowly, gently and in small quantities four times. The bottles are then bottled, corked, labeled and numbered by hand. Thus, every bottle is unique. The 20457 Hafencity Gin meets the strict criteria of a true London Dry Gin. And you can taste that.
