Gin description
The 535 Upstairs Chassalla Dry Gin is dedicated to the Kassel mountain park. It symbolizes the 535 steps up to Hercules. This gin is characterized by herbal aromas such as rosemary, thyme and basil. The Mediterranean herbs are accompanied by 12 botanicals from the mountain park. An ingredient is used for each heroic deed of Hercules. Hand-picked herbs such as eucalyptus, sea buckthorn, blackberry leaves and rose blossom ensure a unique taste experience. Friends of an interesting herbal note will get their money's worth with the 535 Upstairs Dry Gin. Twelve herbs from the Kassel mountain park form the basis for a Mediterranean aroma. Rosemary, thyme and basil are in the foreground with Kasseler Gin and are complemented by well-harmonizing botanicals such as eucalyptus, sea buckthorn and pomegranate. A shortened maceration process helps develop a particularly aromatic herbal note. For a full 48 hours, the Mediterranean botanicals develop their special aroma in a high-quality wheat distillate, according to German quality class. Fresh spring water from the region reduces the alcohol content to a pleasant 43%. After every single bottle has been filled and labeled by hand, it makes its way to you.
