Gin description

Spirits of Bronte Drinks Company’s Yorkshire Lass’ Gin has a citrus kick with a smooth, easy-going finish, just like us Yorkshire folk! It will now be distilled, bottled, and labelled locally in Keighley, West Yorkshire, using Royal Spring water from the Haworth moors which the Bronte sister would probably have drunk! The nose brings citrus with high notes of juniper. The palat has a perfect balance of sour from lemon & orange vs sweet from liquorice & cassia bark, with a smooth and easy going finish.
