Gin description

Aarver Limited Edition is a carefully composed dry gin with a clear influence of purest Swiss alpine ingredients finished in a sherry Cask. First, the nose detects the fragrance of juniper along with woody notes reminiscent of a mountain forest and the sweetness of a sherry cask. The spirit remains smooth on the palate as the overall aroma becomes distinctly more resinous with hints of conifer, spruce and fir needles, perfectly balanced with notes of citrus. In the finish, Aarver retains its taste of juniper, which is paired with the underpinning note of fresh calamint.
