In their quest for perfection, the Belgian Aduro Brothers found what they were looking for at an ancient grappa distillery in the UNESCO world heritage Dolomite Mountains in northern Italy. For nine generations traditional craftsmanship has been hard at work here, producing perfection from nature using organically farmed crops, traditional distillation techniques and pure water from the Dolomites. This superb soft alcohol of the Aduro Bell Pepper Gin is obtained by the fermentation of the best organically grown barley. Italian hand-picked wild juniper berries give the Aduro Gin an excellent flavour. The final taste is carefully distilled with 23 organically grown herbs and fruits, finished with young green bell peppers, added during the distillation process. The Aduro Bell Pepper has a complex flavour with pronounced notes of fresh green peppers.
