Æther Barrel Aged Gin

Gin description

The Æther "Barrel Aged" combines LSM's flair for distillates with their passion for aging in wooden barrels. We marry our Æther Gin with its distinctive juniper, roots, fruits and flowers with a smoky-peaty Islay Whiskey cask. The body is formed by a heavy-toast oak cask with aromas of tobacco, coffee, dark chocolate and oak. On the other hand, we set the fruity berries and light sweetness of a freshly emptied port wine cask, which conjures up the pink color cast.
