Gin description

The Foerster's Heide Gin has got a decent portion of juniper. In addition the aroma of the coastal tannin and other citrus aromas, with the floral notes of the native sanddorn. All in all, modest 11 ingredients ensure the flavor of our gins. But all the ingredients are in their class first quality. And the needles of the coastal tannin we always reap in the Rostock heath. The production is comparatively complex for a gin by warm maceration and cold filtration. The high flavor density, however, ensures that "the aromas" in the distillate with drinking strength of 44% want to settle again. The Foerster's Gin is a dry gin: all ingredients are distilled and after the distillation only a dilution to drinking strength with water takes place. The bottles are bottled and labeled completely by hand. Each bottle is individually numbered.
