‘ALR’ as it’s affectionately known by the locals, is a product which allows our distillers to do what they do best – make amazing new gins and experiment with new flavours! Each batch is different, depending on what’s in season. The Spirit of Winter is a citrusy gin with forward notes of Noble Pine. This combined with subtle hints of Frankincense, Myrrh and mulling spices create a wonderfully wintery gin. Perfect for nights in front of the fire.
