Complexity and balance are 2 words that very globally describe Amager Gin. Once you dive into it, it unfolds like fireworks and you feel it all over your body. It's special and delicious. You can't help but smile. Sturdy and strong when tasted "neat" for the inexperienced gin drinker, but add some ice or tonic and that's where the magic happens, it's hard to explain... It's definitely a gin you must try. Modern organic dry gin, with the freshness of lemongrass and the slight fruitiness of cranberry in particular. A total of 15 organic botanicals were used to achieve lightness, while adding lots of body and complexity. The gin is produced in Denmark and developed through a collaboration between OriGin CPH and 1st Choice Wine. OriGin CPH is known for the dry gin Aronia, which won a silver medal at the IWSC.
