Gin description

Apothecary Gin is produced using 10 different botanicals that are each individually distilled in a small copper pot still then married together to create the perfectly balanced gin. This gives grater control and consistency over each botanical and each batch. The main botanicals are juniper, coriander, several different types of citrus and some native Australian botanicals. The Apothecary Gin itself is very juniper driven with hints of citrus, full mouth coverage and crisp clean finish. For every bottle that is sold a percentage will be donated to charity. So not only will you be enjoying a fantastic product, but you can also feel good knowing you are helping a great cause.
