To expand our range of spirits, Egiazki decided to work on a Gin with the flavors of the Basque country, using sloe berries. This recipe combines the sweetness of sloe with the tonic character of juniper berry. This fruity alliance results in a very harmonious Gin: delicate, with little bitterness, both invigorating and fresh. The nose is floral and refined, and the palate is marked by sloe. Arana Gin will seduce you with its refined bitterness and scents of citrus, absinthe and ginger.
