What started with a crazy idea at the beginning of 2017 is today a wonderful reality. Good evenings with friends or lively parties: Gin has always been an issue for us. On such evenings, you get the craziest ideas - or, as in our case, the best ones. Everything started with our little still. We tasted quite a few botanicals and recipes. Organized tastings and experimented with Tonicwater and our favorite garnish of oranges and sprigs of rosemary until we came up with a formula that made us all 100% satisfied: Gjito. We wanted something special, but do not lose sight of the traditional. Quite quickly we agreed on "London Dry Gin" as the basis. In this variety, the addition of artificial flavors is strictly prohibited, we refrain from sugar altogether. We wanted a gin that is both dry and sparkling. It should be fruity but at the same time strong and unique on the finish.
