Arbutus Distillery Blue Gin

Gin description

A West Coast inspired Gin distilled from BC grain, juniper, coriander, locally grown hops, lavender, rosemary and lemon verbena (amidst others). Steeped with butterfly pea flower making for a brilliantly ‘blue’ gin that transforms to a lovely pink with the addition of citrus or tonic. Notes of juniper, floral, west coast, rosemary, light citrus.
