Norlyk Classic Gin is made from first- and second-year junipers, juniper twigs and orange peel. This is a pure, classic gin, but with a unique round and crystal clear character. Norlyk Distillery is a micro-distillery located in Tønder. The distillery was founded by Jesper Norlyk and Claus Norlyk in 2020.
