St. Andrews Gin

Gin description

A traditional juniper dominant gin using foraged Scots pine from the town of St Andrews, coriander, angelica root, burdock and pink grapefruit to give a delicious spicy gin that is still juniper dominant. The St Andrews Gin is a harmonious balance between the Juniper and aromatic spices, with that little sweet tang, similar to Lemon Drizzle Cake. Aniseed comes through and then the juniper is revealed in the mid palate before a bitter grapefruit and herby and spice finish. We feel that this gin reflects the cosmopolitan nature of the town of St Andrews, combining flavours from all over the world to give a unique take on a traditional gin.
