Our barreled gin is a gorgeous addition to the lineup. We anticipated that barrel mellowness and rye spice would be fantastic complements to the Shot Tower Gin, and we nailed it. The Shot Tower Barreled Gin has fantastic rye spice on the nose and just the right amount of barrel decadence on the palate, and the time resting in the barrel really makes the 100 proof gin super approachable as a sipping spirit.
