Gin description

Due to its organoleptic properties and unique manufacturing process, Barber’s gin is a gin which continues to epitomise the traditional English standards of the period. It is produced in London employing artisanal techniques and is distilled in traditional stills. Fresh and smooth on the nose and dry on the palate, accomplished by the prominent presence of juniper, which together with other few botanicals enhance its objective. These are juniper from Croatia, coriander from Morocco, thyme from Spain and angelica root from France. Nothing else.
