Batch Signature Gin

Gin description

Our unique recipe for Batch gin has been developed with a tiny 25 litre column still. To make this exquisite gin, we first produce a pure vodka with a minimum of five distillations. Then in a final distillation the smooth and creamy vodka passes through the ‘gin head’ filled with juniper berries, coriander seeds, cinnamon bark and angelica root - creating the core body of gin; then, inspired by ancient Moor and Turk spice markets, we add fresh lemongrass stalks, orange peel, cardamoms, cloves, crushed nutmegs, allspice berries and our signature frankincense and myrrh blend, for a sublimely rich gin.
