Gin description

Our signature No. 1 botanical gin reflects our commitment to natural distilling, moving away from synthetically produced flavours and back to natural ingredients. Our unique blend of 9 botanicals, including locally wild-harvested Lime flowers, are steeped for 24 hours before distillation to produce the delicious distinctive flavour. In order to retain the intensity of flavour, we choose not to cold filter, giving our gin a natural opalescence when tonic or ice is added.
