Gin description

A complex Belgian gin in the classic London Dry style. Everything starts with the careful selection of the best quality of raw materials (botanicals), such as fresh juniper berries and fresh citrus spirits instead of the traditional dried ones. From the triangle of juniper, coriander and angelica root, BelRoy's London Dry Gin is underpinned with 3 categories of botanicals: citrus, floral and spicy. After a thorough analysis of a dozen classic gin cocktail recipes, a total of 14 botanicals were selected in function of their taste profile. BelRoy's London Dry Gin is distilled by bartenders, from the point of view of the bartender. This results in a complex and playful gin that can not only be drunk purely, but also by its unique approach and analysis of the main gin cocktails, also an added value in every gin cocktail, from a refreshing Gin & Tonic over a dry Dry Martini and a citrussy Gin Fizz to a spicy Last Word.
