Bertha's Revenge Irish Milk Gin

Gin description

A small-batch milk gin which uses whey alcohol as its base. It is named after the world's oldest cow, who died at 48 years of age in Co Kerry in 1993. Using whey alcohol from Irish dairy farmers, natural spring water and a mix of locally-foraged botanicals, the gin is fragrant on the nose, has a soft mouth-feel and warming spicy middle notes. The team behind the gin is championing a grass-to-glass approach to celebrate the fertility and natural diversity of the land on which the family estate lies.
