Big Gin Peat Barreled

Gin description

Our flagship Big Gin, rested for four months in Westland Distillery's First American Peat Single Malt barrels at our Seattle distillery. Previous to peated whiskey, the barrels held Wild Turkey, making Peat Barreled Big Gin the third use of the oak. Vegetal, swiss chard, earthy greens followed by a touch of resinous wood & preserved lemon on the nose. Bitter orange & warm spices envelope the mouth feel. Embodiments of the great outdoors finishes the palate.
