This is the Navy Strength (57% ABV) version of the award winning Birch Gin in our signature no-nonsense 50 CL bottle. It won silver medals at the Gin Masters 2021 and London Spirits Competition 2022! The increased alcohol content creates a bolder gin, bringing out hidden flavours including fennel notes, increased orange, some mellow woodiness yet with the same Asian spices and beautiful hint of sweetness at the finish.
