Gin description
BIRDS Ocean Gin is a craft gin created in Berlin, produced in micro-batches limited to 700 bottles. Its juniper base is enhanced by blueberries, citrus fruits and a touch of spirulina, which gives it its signature navy blue colour, evoking the ocean. The result is a fruity, fresh and bright profile with a lemony finish and a subtle vegetal note. Designed for Gin & Tonic, it pairs perfectly with a Mediterranean tonic, ideally garnished with a sprig of basil.
