Blackwater Wild Irish Hedgerow Gin

Gin description

Hedgerow Gin is handcrafted at Blackwater Distillery in very small batches and this initial release is made up of just 1000 bottles so it will not last long! For this winter themed gin a mixture of sloes, damsons, crab apples and blackberries are slowly macerated with the gin to infuse their flavours over a long time. Each fruit is macerated seperately and then the gin is blended carefully from the different batches.
