Gin description
This balanced Dry Gin comes from the home Schollnberger from Bad Doberan, near Rostock. The juniper fire was named after a child Rostock: Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher, better known as Field Marshal Blücher, was born on 12.16.1742 at the Baltic Sea. 1814 created Toddy pitcher the recipe for this Gin, as Blucher in London was visiting. He was a year later by its military successes against Napoleon Bonaparte at the Battle of Waterloo was mainly responsible for that the Frenchman was overthrown. Like most gins, so also the Blucher is a clear spirit and distilled from corn and then refined with juniper berries and other various plant additives such as herbs and spices.
