Bodekristall - Blueberry Gin

Gin description

We have produced our first gin using the cold extraction method and are absolutely delighted with the result! The fruity, ripe blueberries give it a wonderfully light note. The result was then filtered twice and brought to drinking strength with the addition of our light resin water.
