Every step of the distillation process of Boomsma Dry Gin is done under personal supervision. A rigorous selection is made during distillation. The heavy and unpleasant tones of the first part of the distillation are removed in order to obtain the best distillate. One hundred percent aromatic and tasteful. Boomsma Dry Gin starts off with a rich, spicy flavour with citrus notes. The finish is filled with the mild sweet, warm taste of gentian and liquorice. Boomsma Dry Gin tastes delicious pure, but is also perfect for mixing.
