The Times London Dry Gin

Gin description

A benchmark-setting citrus-forward London Dry Gin from The Times. Initially distilled in a Victorian-era copper pot still with a number of traditional botanicals (juniper, angelica, coriander, nutmeg, cassia, cinnamon, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, liquorice and orris), the gin is then given extra life from cold-distilled fresh citrus peels. Lemon, lime, orange, clementine, pink grapefruit, white grapefruit and pomelo peels are used for this, distilled under-vacuum, below room temperature, to lock in the fresh notes.
