Gin description

Cascade Hops were the original Turncoat Hop having a strong British Fuggle Hop Pedigree. It spent 40 years fighting its corner in the U.S until 1976 it became the Godfather of the Craft Beer Revolution. This very citrusy gin with a strong cardamom backbone salutes the revolutionary Turncoat Hop Comrade; Cascade. Made with fresh lemons, orange peel, lots of cardamom and of course Cascade Hops. It is not bitter but incredibly citrusy with long lasting length of flavour. Tasted neat it is quite herbal and cardomom forward, but with any good tonic the citrus notes are lifted and the GnT becomes very aromatic.
