The Newmarket Gin is handcrafted in small batches by our award-winning Artisan Distiller, John Walters, using an exclusive combination of ten botanicals in perfect balance to create an exceptionally smooth and refreshing English Botanist gin. The Newmarket Gin is handcrafted by artisan distillers using the traditional copper pot still method, with the botanicals steeped in double-distilled English Grain Spirit. The result is a surprisingly complex taste that has exceptional flavour, depth and hints of sweet pepper notes from locally foraged Wild Horseradish.
